　　Installation instructions for smart pressure transmitter:

 

　　1、變送器應安裝于通風、干燥、無蝕、陰涼處，如露天安裝應加防護罩，避免陽光照射和雨淋，否則將會使變送器性能降低或出現故障。

 

　　1.The transmitter should be installed in a ventilated,dry,non-corrosive,and shady place.If installed in the open air,a protective cover should be added to avoid sunlight and rain,otherwise the performance of the transmitter will be degraded or malfunctions.

 

　　2、變送器利用壓力接口螺紋（標準配置為M20×1.5）直接安裝在被測系統的管道或容器壁上，不必使用安裝支架。產品壓力接口（標準配置）備有密封槽，被測壓力較大時，加裝尼龍或紫銅墊片可保證良好密封。

 

　　2.The transmitter is directly installed on the pipe or container wall of the system under test by using the pressure interface thread(standard configuration is M20×1.5),without using a mounting bracket.The product pressure interface(standard configuration)is equipped with a sealing groove.When the measured pressure is large,a nylon or copper gasket can be added to ensure a good seal.

 

　　3、安裝變送器時，請注意須使電纜與產品同向轉動，否則，會影響產品的防護效果并導致產品故障。

 

　　3.When installing the transmitter,please make sure that the cable and the product rotate in the same direction,otherwise,the protection effect of the product will be affected and the product will malfunction.

 

　　4、零點（Z），量程（S）可調產品調試方法：擰開標有需調整參數點的螺絲，用小螺絲刀伸入其中，輕輕轉動可調電阻，并同時監控數據，調試完畢，擰緊螺絲，以免潮氣進入。

 

　　4.Zero point(Z),range(S)adjustable product debugging method:unscrew the screw marked with the parameter point to be adjusted,insert it with a small screwdriver,gently turn the adjustable resistance,and monitor the data at the same time,after the debugging,tighten it Screws to prevent moisture from entering.

 

　　5、變送器屬精密儀器，安裝時忌強力沖擊、摔打，擰緊力矩應小于70Nm，小量程變送器（量程小于0.5MPa）擰緊力矩應小于14Nm.注意保護變送器引出電纜。在工業現場使用時，建議使用金屬管保護或者架空。切勿松動電纜引出端的密封螺帽，避免潮氣進入。

 

　　5.The transmitter is a precision instrument.Avoid strong impact and beating during installation.The tightening torque should be less than 70Nm,and the tightening torque of small range transmitters(range less than 0.5MPa)should be less than 14Nm.Take care to protect the cables leading from the transmitter.When used in industrial sites,it is recommended to use metal pipe protection or overhead.Do not loosen the sealing nut on the lead-out end of the cable to prevent moisture from entering.
